For 14 years we have maintained a 24/7 , 365 day Australian based contact centre. Whilst most other companies moved their contact centre off-shore in response to higher wages and costs, we kept ours in Australia and we are very proud of this and the support we provide to our customers.We request your understanding whilst we weather the impact of COVID-19 and we thank you for your support.
